National Planning Summit

Online Platform

The National Planning Summit was held as a virtual conference via our online platform. The platform delivered all of the elements of a live event and more including; high level and strategic content, Q&A interaction and opportunities to network with fellow attendees and speakers. The added features, including live streams and on-demand content allowed you to get the most out of the event from the safety of your own home.

Live Stream

Our platform enabled you to see speakers, slides and take part in live questions and polling.

During the online event you were able to network with other attendees, see profiles and arrange your own personal video chats online.

The platform will be open to you to use for more than just the 2 days planned. You’ll be able to access areas of our platform 2 weeks before and after the event ensuring you get the most out of the platform and the resources on offer.

All live streams were recorded and are available on demand for three months after the event. This will allow you to return to the event to ensure you pick up all the insight and knowledge for the best return on investment.

See Who is there

Unlike a live event where you're searching the networking room for the right person to speak to, our platform allowed you to view everyone in attendance with a simple click of a button.

How it works

We understand that this is a change from the norm for many of you. With face to face events currently on hold due to the current situation our platform delivers a live event and everything you get from a live event (except coffee!) in a user friendly way.

Accessing the platform is so simple:

Please note you will get the link to our platform once we have received payment for your ticket. Please contact [email protected] if you are having trouble paying for your ticket.

If this is your first time using a digital platform then do not worry. We’ve all been there and sometimes new technology can be daunting. We have ensured that all areas are covered.

Contact [email protected] and they’ll be able to help get you started.

Don’t worry, at the beginning of each day there will be welcome remarks which will include how to use the features on the app and how to ask questions throughout the day.

There is a how-to guide on the app offering step by step tips and trouble shooting. This is available at all times.

If you are still having trouble then you can drop a message to the event organisers through a live chat on the app team.

This years National Planning Summit took place at The Montcalm, Marble Arch, London.
